




Thank you to reader Derek who found the building where the incident took place using Google Street View. Great job Derek! When I walked to this address there was debris in the street and the second floor had a discoloration on the exterior.
Here are a couple of shots I too around the building and in the neighborhood. So sad that the Ambassador is gone.

The ambassador was onced Quarantined in 1977. Guests at the hotel had to stay inside for 48 hours straight. That's also the hotel where RFK was shot. I heard they are building a school there now.
